Another sentiment-laden element in Garner’s living room is the intricately shaped stained-glass window made by Reed Bradley, who is the son of the children’s book author Marla Frazee and a friend of the family. A theme of spring landscapes found in West Virginia, the place Garner spent most of her youth, continues to happen in the window.

The Los Angeles residence features a seamless combination of outdoor living spaces that embody her love of nature and sustainability. The property has a thriving orchard that includes peaches, cherries, figs, apricots, nectarines, and apples, and more.

Neighboring the orchard is a devoted vegetable house that produces seasonal vegetables and herbs, including tomatoes, kale, green beans, and thyme.
