Keke Palmer, remembered for the versatile role she plays on both television and in film, is a smart investor in real estate representing her lifestyle. Do you know she owns multiple properties, a Mediterranean-style home in Los Angeles and a modern Penthouse in Brooklyn, each with a unique design and architectural style?

Los Angeles Residence – Keke Palmer House

In 2021, Palmer purchased a Mediterranean-style home in Studio City, Los Angeles, for about $1.4 million. The property, constructed in 1987, has 2,600 square feet of living space and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The exterior consists of stucco walls and terra-cotta roof, which are components of Mediterranean architecture, and the home is situated in a cul-de-sac on a hillside for privacy.

Interior Features

The inside is a lovely amalgam of old-world character and modern conveniences. At the center of the cozy, warm living room is the electric fireplace with a fabulous metallic surround from floor to ceiling. An arched entryway opens into the formal dining room where there are beautiful picture windows and a built-in cabinet with a wine fridge. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, double ovens, and a silver hexagon tile backsplash. The powder room features a jungle theme that is whimsical and fun with textured wallpaper in moss green and a leaf-shaped glass vessel sink. Upstairs, the primary suite stands out with a vaulted ceiling, ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.

Exterior Amenities

The exterior of the property features highlights patio spaces with a barbecue grilling station, a sitting area, and a covered tub for optimum relaxation. Palmer has listed this house in Studio City for $1.8 million in February of 2025, perhaps indicating a shift in relocation or investment.

Brooklyn Penthouse

In July 2020, this beautiful damsel bought a penthouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, priced at $2.35 million. The 1,482-square-foot home is equipped with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The apartment, designed by Paris Forino, includes an open kitchen with custom oak cabinets, Italian stone countertops, and Bosch appliances.

The bathrooms, which are spa-like, have Waterworks fixtures and Toto toilets and the primary bath has double sinks, a stall shower, and an undermount tub. Some additional features include wide-plank oak flooring, multi-zone central air, and a Bosch washer and dryer. There are also two terraces which, together, comprise 680 square feet of outdoor space and view of the city. Palmer listed the penthouse for $2.99 million in November 2024 to promote her memoir, “Master of Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative.”

Keke Palmer’s experiences in real estate showcase an appreciation for a variety of architectural styles in creating spaces that adapt to her life. Her Mediterranean flavored property “feels warm and inviting,” while still having attributes that showcase contemporary urban living in her Brooklyn penthouse. These spaces maintain her life by providing the necessary comfort while serving as symbolic investments that showcase her life progress and career advancement.
